Launch of a Free Essay Archive Platform

The Project

I was approached almost three years ago by a former university Professor to design an archive website that would house his works on Dante Gabriel Rossetti and the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood.

Being a passionate Romantic and Victorian, I jumped on the train and joined forces with a recent graduate, Mia, who prepared the essays for the website (no small feet) and I designed and set the website up.

My favourite part was collaborating with Dr. Bentley, who has a keen eye for detail, on securing the right hue of navy blue that matched a famous Rossetti painting so that the logo conveyed the artist himself and his work.

Final Project

It was a great project to collaborate on. I got to dive back into a world I love to read about and learn about and am so happy we can bring this accessible, free, platform to generations of students to come.
